Since arriving in Australia his already varied repertoire has been
augmented by his assimilation of local folk lore.
Having decided to linger in Perth, Western Australia, Tony resurrected
his participation in music and began entertaining audiences in folk clubs. Eagerly welcomed by organisers of concerts and
festivals, which culminated in appearances at the 'Toodyay Folk Festival' and the National Folk Festival in Perth 1985.
A founder member of the sea shanty group 'Fo'c'sle Firkins'
with numerous appearances to his credit, his recent achievements include several television performances. His powerful vocal
attributes are evident in his unaccompanied numbers. He has a wealth of ability and a warm personality, and a readily adaptable
